In Conjunction with the New Youth Division of the Social Services Administration Accessible and Affordable Loans and Grants will Provide Seed Capital for the Establishment of Startup Incubators
Applicants will be Required to Attend Classes in Mentorship Programs Led by Successful Local Business Leaders
