Free Education

An educated workforce is the strongest asset a nation can nurture to build domestic strength and integrate into the global economy. Quality primary and secondary free education improve social mobility and is essential for securing stable, living-wage employment. Public schools and teachers must be supported, not weakened by policies that divert critical funding away from the public system.

I will work to ensure that public free education resources are utilized for all students in all regions, rather than being redirected through favoritism, corruption, or mismanagement at the expense of Ghanaians. Currently, students attend under-resourced schools while teachers face increasing administrative burdens that reduce valuable classroom time. I will enforce education policies that allow teachers to focus on teaching, improve learning conditions, and reduce the excessive testing and non-instructional demands that interfere with student development.

Higher free education and technical training play a vital role in helping students transition from secondary school into vocational careers, colleges, and universities. Young people and families currently face significant financial barriers in accessing career and vocational education opportunities. I will mandate reforms that expand access to affordable higher education, skills training, and certifications.

These reforms include policies that will:

* Ensure education financing systems operate fairly and transparently.

* Reduce the financial burden on students and families pursuing higher education and vocational training.

*  Expand opportunities for students to access affordable financing and support programs that enable them to complete their education and contribute productively to the economy.

Education is not an expense—it is a national investment in Ghana’s future. I will work to increase educational funding through Parliament and international corporate partners who recognize the promise, talent, and determination of the Ghanaian citizenry.

I am committed to actively seeking investments in research and development hubs for AI, VR, medical research, space, telecommunications, agricultural robotics, and sustainable energy with worldwide industry leaders. I envision that each industry project will commit to sponsoring and supporting a primary, secondary, and university-level institution that coincides with its mission specialty.

Ghana can court and invite prestigious universities to establish satellite campuses here once we eliminate government corruption, galamsey, and invest in improving basic infrastructure and housing.

In modeling a new educational system for Ghana across all regions, I am committed to finding partner sponsors to invest in expanded curricula and specialized schools. These schools should focus on banking and financial services, entertainment and art, and sports and sports medicine. We must build strong vocational programs and apprenticeships in agriculture, energy, transportation, construction, and social services. There must be a path for every Ghanaian to fulfill their dreams and find their vocation in their homeland.

By shutting down galamsey and sweeping out government corruption, a new constitution for the people can focus on providing hope and opportunity through a world-class educational curriculum for every Ghanaian.
