A priority of The Ministry of Employment and Entrepreneurial Development will be to work with the office of the Diaspora Secretariat to identify economic opportunities for Ghanaians returning home as permanent residents.
The Ministry of Employment and Entrepreneurial Development will be charged with developing an infrastructure plan to modernize roads, bridges, bus routes, airports, along with essential hospital, school and public buildings. The focus will be to immediately begin public works programs to provide gainful employment with hands on vocational training that will lead to lifetime employment skills for the youth and unemployed.
The Ministry of Employment and Entrepreneurial Development will establish a 20,30- and 50-year plan for the modernization and rebuilding of the National infrastructure. Its mission will include working with the Ministry of Energy to make Ghana a leader in the development, implementation, and exportation of clean energy and its technologies.
The Mission of The Ministry of Employment and Entrepreneurial Development will be to encourage investments in Ghana by international corporations as partners in development projects throughout Ghana with a focus on ownership by Ghanaians.
The Mission of The Ministry of Employment and Entrepreneurial Development will be instrumental in establishing infrastructure and investments in essential National initiatives including modernizing projects for the Ministries of Education, Health, Energy, Agriculture, Technology.
The Ministry of Employment and Entrepreneurial Development is the foundation in creating a viable, progressive, modern Nation that will provide opportunities for Ghanaians in every corner of the Country. Agenda 2024 envisions a Ministry of Employment and Entrepreneurial Development that will attract the many Ghanaians living in Diaspora who are professionals in technology to return to the Homeland and lay a foundation to make Ghana a worldwide leader in technology innovation, research, development and deployment.
The Ministry of Employment and Entrepreneurial Development will be mandated to work with the Ministry of Education to introduce and maintain comprehensive curriculums to educate and train the students of Ghana in the various fields of emerging technology.
The Ministry of Employment and Entrepreneurial Development will be charged with seeking out and solidifying investment and incentive partnerships with tech companies around the world who will benefit from a workforce that is seeking training and employment in all fields of high tech.
The Ministry of Employment and Entrepreneurial Development will be directed to institute technological innovations in all new schools, hospitals and government buildings that will be constructed as the 20, 30- and 50-year development plans unfold.
The combined Ministries of Employment and Entrepreneurial Development, Energy and Education will work together to create Technology Zones where modern incubation hubs will be built for Tech startups, international companies and entrepreneurs of Ghana.
The Technology Zones will consist of energy self-sufficient buildings and spaces for research and development. These zones will focus on research and development to be implemented to modernizing the farms and manufacturing facilities of Ghana.
