We must sometimes accept out of the decency of our hearts that, most if not all of our leaders have been, or are, sɛbe, morally bankrupt!
They continue with their blatant charade because some of us continue to shamelessly play the charade with them.
And one fateful day the chickens will all come home to roost!
Pardon this rhetorical question, but considering the trajectory of post-colonial-rule African politicking and governance hitherto, doesn’t the deplorable state of our democracies belie the Osagyefo’s triumphant declaration that the Blackman is capable of managing their affairs?🤷🏾♂️

Not that it matters, but I dread that if we remain adamant to the culture of silence, and hence continue in our passive acquiescence to the incompetence and corruption of our leaders “things shall fall apart one day and we shall no longer be at ease; which will then warrant a man of the people to thrust the arrow of God’s retribution into our darkened hearts, and ultimately render our complicity as anthills of the savannah.”
